Dr. David B. Eddleman completed his undergraduate and medical degrees at Emory University in Atlanta. He also completed his residency at Emory University School of Medicine where he was awarded the J.D. Martin Surgical Resident Award.
Dr. Eddleman is a Diplomate with the American Board of Surgery and Fellow with the American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons and both the North Carolina and Wake County Medical Societies. Dr. Eddleman is the cancer liaison physician for the Rex Center and is the chairman of the Rex Breast Care Committee. He is also co-medical director of the Rex Wound Healing Center.
Dr. Eddleman specializes in breast, colon and gastrointestinal cancer surgery as well as general surgery.
