Dr. Matthew J. Strouch is a fellowship-trained colorectal surgeon with a focus on minimally invasive procedures. Dr. Strouch graduated with honors from Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and attended Tufts University School of Medicine. He completed a general surgery residency at McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University and his fellowship at the Washington University Department of Colon and Rectal Surgery.
Dr. Strouch is a member of the American College of Surgeons, American Academy of Cancer Research, and the Association of Academic Surgeons.
Dr. Strouch specializes in minimally invasive procedures of the colon, rectum and anus. He has special training in the cutting edge treatments such as Transanal Endoscopic Microsurgery (TEM) and sacral nerve stimulation for fecal incontinence.
